How It Works:
1. Inquiry & Consultation
It begins with a conversation. After you submit an inquiry, we’ll schedule a one-on-one consultation (virtual or in person) to explore your vision, needs, and desires. This is where we get to know you. Your story, your silhouette, and your soul.
2. Concept Development
From that first conversation, we develop a unique concept and mood that reflects both your essence and the LOVED. point of view. We'll present initial ideas, sketches, and materials — each curated with intention and symbolism.
3. Design Approval & Measurements
Once a design direction is approved, we take precise measurements. For clients not in Los Angeles, we offer guided virtual fittings or the option to work with a local tailor to ensure accuracy.
4. Fittings & Fabrication
Your garment is hand-draped, cut, and sewn with couture-level care in our studio. Depending on the complexity, 1–3 fittings may follow to perfect the garment’s fit and emotional resonance.
5. Delivery
After final approval, your piece is packaged with care and delivered or hand-delivered to you. Every Heart Couture piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and a custom garment bag. What you receive is not just clothing — it’s a chapter of your story immortalized in fabric.
